1. The promoter is Hellens Garden Festival a Community Interest Company (CIC), incorporated under co. no 10182432.
2. Employees of Hellens Garden Festival a Community Interest Company (CIC), or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping to set up the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the prize draw.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
4. Route to entry for the prize draw is via the Hellens Garden Festival Facebook page. To qualify for entry to the prize draw, you are required to ‘LIKE’ the Hellens Garden Festival Facebook page and tell us what your favourite plant or flower is in the COMMENTS below.
5. Closing date for entry will be 4pm 24.05.19. After this date no further entries to the prize draw will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the prize draw and the prize for each winner are as follows: Only 1 entry per person is permitted. There is one prize – a Family Weekend Ticket for Hellens Garden Festival (For 2 Adults & up to 4 Children).
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the prize draw will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this prize draw.
10. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
11. A winner for each prize will be chosen at random by the Promoter and or its agents.
12. The winner will be notified via Facebook messenger within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be asked to provide their name, address and email address so that formal notification can be sent to them and this will act as a voucher for collection of the prize. The prize must be collected from the promoter by the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be collected.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this prize draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
18. By entering the prize draw you agree to receive marketing information from the promoter, Hellens Garden Festival CIC. You will have the option to unsubscribe from receiving these.
19. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any other parties other than those stated in point 18, without the entrant’s prior consent.
