Mindfulness with Mindful Gail
We are all connected by our need to thrive in this ever changing world, to build a collaborative and supportive environment where surviving can change to thriving. Everyone is only ever wishing to find peace, harmony and resilience in the face of uncertainty and change.
Mindfulness is being present in the moment, aware of our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, with kindness and compassion to enable us to be with whatever is happening in a clear, insightful and understanding way, for ourselves and for others.
With mindful practices and ways, Mindful Gail shares the skills that dissipate anxiety and stress and build well being and resilience. Mindfulness is a powerful friend to all aspects of our health, connecting us to supportive and perceptive spaces to sustain, adapt and be inclusive of ourselves and our fellow human beings. When we practise mindfulness, we can see and feel all our commonalities rather than just all that we perceive that divides us. We trust that we can build the communities that feel safe and that develop and support all of our well being and in turn, that of the Earth.
