All songs are taught by ear and sung without accompaniment. No previous singing experience is needed for the workshops: all voices and levels of singing experience welcome. At each workshop there will be new and different songs, so the more workshops you attend the more songs you will sing. Suitable for 7+ years.
Workshops are free with your festival entry and there is no need to book, just come along.
Workshops ‘Happy Harmony’
Singing in harmony with others is easier than you might think! Join Sarah in learning accessible two- and
three-part songs from the UK and from around the world, and feel those good vibrations created when we
sing in harmony with others.
Sarah is a member of the Natural Voice Network and leads two ‘natural voice’ harmony singing groups for
adults called ‘Sing For The Seasons’. With an emphasis on relaxation and enjoyment, Sarah creates a safe
and supportive singing environment where everyone regardless of experience and ability can grow in
confidence in sharing their voices, and where the benefits to our well-being of singing together can be felt.
‘Sing For The Seasons’ is held on a Saturday evening once a month in Castlemorton, south Worcestershire,
and also once a month on a Sunday evening in Putley, near Ledbury in south-east Herefordshire.
