Join Phi from Creative Breaks in a workshop making little rush brushes. The workshop will involve doing a bit of plaiting of rush and then collating three parts and some wrapping. No tools apart from scissors are required, and folk can stand up or sit down to do this.

I am a weaver of natural fibres, mainly rush and willow, making things that are lovely but practical. I’m often using material that is usually thrown away or composted. I am keen to show people how they can look at plants anew and make something that would normally go to waste!
