Back to the Wild Project
Based at Hellen’s Manor, Herefordshire, Back to the Wild CIC (B2W) is a unique project existing to support personal and social development by helping young people to reconnect with themselves, others and the natural environment. Back 2 Wild Project works with schools and youth services to engage young people in inspirational projects aiming to further understanding of the world and develop greater competence to live in the world sustainably and cooperatively. B2W Project exists to: – Aid personal development for young people. – Facilitate better understanding of nature and our part in it. – Enhance positive mental and physical health through outdoor experiences – Share and learn new fundamental life-skills – Promote difference, equality, cooperation, humility and harmony – Celebrate traditional rural skills and knowledge – Improve humanity’s relationship to the planet – Promote sustainable living
Creative Breaks
We are a group of artists and craftspeople who are all experts in our fields and passionate about sharing our skills and knowledge. We offer day, weekend and longer courses in areas ranging from spinning to printmaking to hedgerow medicine, in a variety of rural locations throughout the beautiful county of Herefordshire.
